Terms and Conditions
Read these terms carefully before using Stickerts. They govern your access to the platform and your use of its features and services.
1. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing or using Stickerts, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, you must stop using the platform immediately.
2. Service description
Stickerts is a platform that connects collectors to publish, search for, buy, sell, or trade stickers. Stickerts does not act as a direct seller, is not a party to transactions between users, and does not guarantee that any transaction will be completed successfully.
3. Eligibility and accounts
Use of Stickerts is only permitted for adults. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, the information you provide when registering, and all activity carried out from your profile.
4. Listings and user conduct
Each user is solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and legality of the data, photos, descriptions, prices, and conditions of the stickers they publish or offer on Stickerts. Misleading, fraudulent, offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights or applicable laws is not allowed.
5. Contacts, transactions, and safety
Stickerts only facilitates contact between users. The price, payment method, delivery, trade, sticker condition, and any other terms of the transaction are agreed directly between the parties outside the platform. We recommend that any meeting or exchange take place in public and safe places. Any transaction made between users is solely their own responsibility.
6. Collector Pass and payments
Stickerts may offer products or digital access, including the Collector Pass. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Collector Pass is a non-refundable digital access product. Purchasing the Pass enables features within the platform, but does not guarantee sales, trades, successful contacts, or business results for the user.
7. Limitation of liability
Stickerts is not responsible for the truthfulness, authenticity, quality, condition, availability, or legality of the stickers offered on the platform, nor for users' behavior. We are also not liable for breaches, fraud, scams, listing errors, loss of money, loss of items, indirect damages, or any harm arising from contacts or transactions between users.
8. Privacy, changes, and contact
Your use of Stickerts is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the updated version on the platform.
